outreach services provided in Sheboygan monthly. Prenatal Care Coordination: care planning & coordination of services for pregnant
women who are Forward Card (Badgercare Plus) eligible.

civil law such as: family, public benefits, consumer & housing laws, & tenant rights.

Services: Victim Witness & Family Violence Specialists provide information, advocacy, &
support on charging decisions, court processes, & victim's rights. Referrals are made
